Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of silicon carbide-based spiral heat exchanger, capable of thinning a ventilation chamber side wall at high strength, a spiral heat exchanger, and a direct fire type heat exchanger-integrated burner.SOLUTION: A plurality of portion molded bodies 2A-2F constituting a heat exchanger 2 is three-dimensionally molded from silicon carbide powder by a laser sintering method, wherein the portion molded bodies are formed by dividing the heat exchanger 2 on a split surface containing at least a first-directional surface X1 along a spiral central shaft C1; silicon carbide powder in a ventilation chamber in the respective portion molded bodies 2A-2F is removed from the split surface side; and the split surfaces of the portion molded bodies 2A-2F are bonded with inorganic adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
