Abstract:
To obtain an image forming device capable of enhancing an image quality.SOLUTION: An image forming device includes: a photoconductor drum which is a member for carrying a latent image on a surface; a charging roller which is the member for substantially evenly charging the surface of the photoconductor drum; a developing roller which is the member for carrying the toner on the surface; and a control part for controlling a rotary operation of the photoconductor drum (drum motor 52), applying a charging voltage VCH to the charging roller, and applying a developing voltage VDB to the developing roller. The control part is configured to, for a first period P1, allow the photoconductor drum (drum motor 52) to rotate in a first rotational direction, and set the absolute value of a voltage difference between the DC component of the charging voltage VCH and the DC component of the developing voltage VDB to a first value so as to develop a latent image, and in a second period P2 after a first period P1, the photoconductor drum (drum motor 52) is allowed to rotate in the first rotational direction, and the absolute value of the voltage difference is set to the second value smaller than the first value instead of the first value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
