Abstract:
To protect a circuit from an overcurrent at an operation stop of a control part, and not stop an output of a power supply voltage to a load.SOLUTION: A power supply device comprises: a comparator IC 1 that detects a current flowing in an FET 1; and a latch part 105 that turns off the FET 1 and holds an off state of the FET 1 when detecting an overcurrent on the basis of a detection result of the comparator IC 1. The latch part 105 cancels the off state of the FET 1 at a timing when turning on an FET 2 through a control signal DRV 2 by a control part 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
