To realize highly accurate diagnosis.SOLUTION: An abnormality diagnostic device includes an abnormality detection part and a diagnosis part. The abnormality detection part detects abnormality in deceleration performance of a vehicle on the basis of a control command value with respect to a brake device and a predictive model of deceleration of the vehicle, and detects abnormality of the brake device on the basis of the control command value and a predictive model of brake power of the brake device. The diagnosis part diagnoses the vehicle on the basis of a result of detection of abnormality in the deceleration performance, and a result of detection of abnormality in the brake device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
