Abstract:
To provide a stator for a rotary electric machine, capable of suppressing a temperature rising of a coil in accordance with an electric conduction as much as possible without increasing an insulation deterioration of both of coil ends or the number of manufacturing steps.SOLUTION: A stator S for a rotary electric machine, comprises: a stator core 1; and a coil 2 wounded to the stator core. A coating film 3 is formed by coating a coating material for finishing onto an external surface of a coil end 21 as a part of a coil expanded to an outer direction of a stator core. A thermal conductivity filler 30 having a mean particle diameter d of which a film thickness which is similar to a film thickness t of the coating film or more and is less than 200% or less is included into the coating material for finishing, and an uneven form 31 is applied to a front surface of the coating material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
