Abstract:
To solve a problem in that, when powder is filled into a mortar hole provided in a table of a power compression molding machine, prevents an object disposed in the mortar hole from being displaced from an appropriate position.SOLUTION: A filling apparatus X2 is used with a powder compression molding machine that forms molding by compressing powder, filled in a mortar hole 4 provided in a movable table 31, by means of pestles disposed one above the other in the mortar hole 4. The filling apparatus is installed right above the table 31 and in a predetermined position overlapping the trajectory of movement of the mortar hole 4 and is used for filling powder into the mortar hole 4 passing right below the apparatus. The filling apparatus X2 comprises: an open feed shoe unit X21 having no steering vanes for steering powder toward an upstream side along a moving direction of the mortar hole 4 and configured to cause powder to fall into the mortar hole 4; and a steering feed shoe unit X22 having a steering vane X221 for steering powder toward a downstream side along the moving direction of the mortar hole 4 and configured to cause supplied powder to fall into the mortar hole 4 while steering the powder with the steering vane X221.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
