Abstract:
To provide a flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding and a manufacturing method of a welded joint, with which high mechanical properties and fatigue strength can be imparted to a welded joint, low-temperature cracking resistance is superior, welding workability is high, and welding is possible in all attitudes.SOLUTION: A flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding comprises a steel sheath and flux. The flux contains: 0.10-3.00% of fluoride in total; 4.00-7.50% of Ti oxide; 0.05-2.00% of oxide in total; and 0-0.60% of carbonate in total. A content of CaFis 0-2.00%, and a content of Ca oxide is more than 0% and less than 0.20%. Further, an alloy component falls within a predetermined range, Ceq is 0.35-4.50%, the Ms point is 450°C or lower, and the relationship 3.5≤[Mn]+[Ni]≤20.0 is satisfied in the flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
