Abstract:
To provide an image forming apparatus capable of accurately positioning an opening and closing door with respect to a pair of supporting frames.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has a pair of support frames 7F, 7B disposed opposite to each other with an opening therebetween, an opening and closing door 40 which is supported at one of the support frames 7B via a pivot shaft 53 and turns around the rotating shaft 53, between a closed position P1 closing the opening to form a part of the sheet feeding transport path of the sheet and an opening position where the opening is opened, and positioning structure 41 for positioning on the pair of support frames 7F, 7B, the opening and closing door 40 while being disposed at the closing position P1, with the concave and convex shapes provided on the pair of support frames 7F, 7B and both end portions of the opening and closing door 40 being brought into engagement with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
