Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a polymer polyol capable of manufacturing the polymer polyol less in content of aldehyde with a simple process, and a manufacturing method of a polyurethane foam less in volatilization aldehyde amount.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of polymer polyol (I) having a process (2) for removing a volatile component containing aldehyde (F) after a process (1) for contacting a crude polymer polyol composition (G) containing polymer polyol (E) and a solid acid catalyst (H) in the presence of water, in which the crude polymer polyol composition (G) is a composition obtained by polymerizing an ethylenic unsaturated compound (B) in polyol (A) in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator (C) and a dispersant (D).SELECTED DRAWING: None
