Abstract:
To provide a relief valve mechanism adjustment device capable of more easily manufacturing a relief valve mechanism than before, a manufacturing method of a relief valve, and a manufacturing method of a high-pressure fuel supply pump.SOLUTION: A relief valve mechanism adjustment device is configured to: push a relief valve 101 by a probe 204 for pushing the relief valve 101, to detect energization force of a relief spring 105; calculate, from the detected energization force, a push-in amount of a relief spring stopper 104 for making a spring constant of the relief spring 105 and valve opening load of a relief valve mechanism 100 into a predetermined value; and based on the calculated push-in amount, press-fit the relief spring stopper 104 to adjust the valve opening load of the relief valve mechanism 100 with dry adjustment of adjusting energization force to predetermined energization force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
