Abstract:
To provide a selectable one-way clutch which can prevent malfunctions of a selector plate during cold time while inhibiting increase of a physical constitution of an actuator.SOLUTION: A selectable one-way clutch includes: a selector plate; an arm 4A connected to the selector plate; a plunger 8 which contacts with the arm 4A to cause the selector plate to operate; and a stopper 12 which restricts malfunctions of the plunger 8. The stopper 12 can select restriction on the plunger 8 and restriction release according to a pressure of oil in an oil passage 18 provided around the selectable one-way clutch and releases the restriction when the pressure of the oil in the oil passage 18 is a predetermined value or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
