Abstract:
To provide a liquid-sealed vibration isolator capable of easily forming an elastic portion while securing durability of the elastic portion.SOLUTION: A liquid-sealed vibration isolator includes a pair of stopper members respectively fixed to an outer cylinder at the inside of a pair of liquid chambers to restrict relative movement of an inner cylinder to the outer cylinder. The stopper member includes an inner face facing an inner cylinder side, a rigid body portion having an outer face connected to the inner face, and an elastic portion composed of a rubber elastic body vulcanized and adhered to the rigid body portion. The rigid body portion includes a through hole opened to the inner face and the outer face, and the elastic portion includes an elastic stopper portion positioned between the inner face and the inner cylinder, and having a shortest distance to the inner cylinder in a non-load state, a charging portion charged inside of the through hole and connected to the elastic stopper portion, and an injection trace portion of the rubber elastic body positioned at an outer face side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
