Abstract:
To provide a taper nut with a flange and a taper bolt having no flange, capable of being stably connected to a base material.SOLUTION: A taper nut with a flange comprises: a truncated conical taper part 6 having, at both ends, a taper truncated conical enlarged part 4 and a taper truncated conical contracted part 5; and a columnar straight part 7 having a maximum diameter of the taper truncated conical enlarged part 4. The taper part is provided with a substantially discoid flange part 8 having a diameter larger than a diameter of the straight part, wherein the taper part and the flange part share a central axis. A screw part 9 is provided on the central axis of the taper part, straight part and flange part. The columnar straight part 7 of the taper nut 1 with a flange has a shape with a press-fit amount set within a range of 5-100at 1/100-1/5 of the entire length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
