Abstract:
To provide a fluid encapsulated vibration prevention device in novel structure capable of easily implementing assembly work in an incompressible fluid with a little components, and a novel manufacturing method of the fluid encapsulated vibration prevention device.SOLUTION: In a fluid encapsulated vibration prevention device 10, a first mounting member 12 and a second mounting member 14 are elastically connected by a main body rubber elastic body 16. A pressure receiving chamber 74 of which the wall part partially consists of the main body rubber elastic body 16, and a balance chamber 76 of which the wall part partially consists of a flexible film 46 are formed at both sides of a partition member 34 which is disposed in an interpolation state to the second mounting member 14. An incompressible fluid is encapsulated in the pressure receiving chamber 74 and the balance chamber 76, and the pressure receiving chamber 74 and the balance chamber 76 communicate to each other through an orifice passage 78. An outer peripheral portion of the flexible film 46 is mounted to the second mounting member 14 while being overlapped on an outer peripheral surface of a flexible film protection member 60 which is disposed in such a manner that the flexible film 46 at an opposite side of the partition member 34 is covered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
