Abstract:
To provide a vehicle control apparatus capable of limiting deterioration of drivability when the vehicle returns from an inertia travel to a normal travel.SOLUTION: A vehicle control apparatus includes a stepless transmission mechanism. a stepped transmission mechanism, a mechanical oil pump, an electric oil pump, and a control part. In a case where an engine is restarted in returning to a normal travel from an inertia travel, with the state of an engine revolution speed by which oil pressure of a given value or higher cannot be secured by the mechanical oil pump continuing for a given period of time or more and with the stepless transmission mechanism not at a minimum transmission ratio, the control part sets instruction pressure to a hydraulic circuit for controlling a primary sheave and instruction pressure to a hydraulic circuit for controlling a secondary sheave at instruction pressure so that the stepless transmission mechanism becomes the minimum transmission ratio and simultaneously sets instruction pressure to the hydraulic circuit for controlling the primary sheave at pre-set minimum pressure, until the stepless transmission mechanism becomes the minimum transmission ratio or given time elapses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
