Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm valve capable of detecting an initial damage state before a diaphragm fractures, with a simple structure and high accuracy.SOLUTION: A diaphragm valve 1 comprises: a valve chamber 20 communicating with a fluid inlet 16 and a fluid outlet 18; a diaphragm 4 keeping the valve chamber 20 in an airtight state, and contacting/separating to/from a sheet 22 provided on a bottom surface of the valve chamber 20; a transmission member 40 to one end 40a of which the diaphragm 4 is arranged in a contactable manner, and to the other end 40b of which load with contact of the diaphragm 4 is transmitted; and abnormality detection means 42, 50 of detecting abnormality of the load transmitted to the other end 40b side through the transmission member 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
