Abstract:
To provide a multitubular exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger in which cooling liquid absorbing heat of exhaust gas does not stagnate in a channel, and which does not generate scale and crevice corrosion, and can stably exchange heat.SOLUTION: In a short side direction of a surface of a left case 6, a first ridge 8 and a second ridge 11 which have tapered shape from one end toward the other end are alternately projected to form a second flow channel 42 and a third flow channel 45 of cooling liquid W in a meandering manner between the first ridge 8 and the second ridge 11. A width of the second flow channel 42 in a downstream side is formed narrower than that of the third flow channel 45 in an upstream side. A flow of the cooling liquid W is therefore accelerated, and does not stagnate in the second flow channel 42 and the third flow channel 45. which prevents scale and crevice corrosion from being generated, and allows stable heat exchange.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
