To acquire a highly reliable environmental temperature.SOLUTION: A first image forming apparatus 100a measures an environmental temperature, and detects an ambient condition, and transmits environmental information to a temperature determining device 3. A second image forming apparatus 100b installed in the same environment as the first image forming apparatus 100a also measures the environmental temperature, and detects the ambient condition, and transmits the environmental information to the temperature determining device 3. The temperature determining device 3 receives the environmental information of the first image forming apparatus 100a and the environmental information of the second image forming apparatus 100b, and extracts the highly reliable environmental information.
