Abstract:
To provide a lighting device which is advantageous for inhibiting entry of insects into a cover and improving drainage of water accumulated in the cover.SOLUTION: A lighting device includes: a housing which stores a light source; a cover 14 attached to the housing and provided with a hole; and a mesh part 24 in which an adhesion layer 32 is provided at a lower surface side peripheral edge part and covers the hole 26. The cover 14 has a recessed part 28 including: a first bottom surface 28a to which the adhesion layer 32 is adhered; and a second bottom surface 28b which is deeper than the first bottom surface 28a. A gap G between the second bottom surface 28b and the adhesion layer 32 communicates with an upper surface side space of the mesh part 24 and a lower surface of the mesh part 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
