Title:
DISCHARGE CONTROL DEVICE FOR BATTERY AND DISCHARGE DEVICE FOR BATTERY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2019029163
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To discharge a battery safely and quickly without deteriorating a constituent material of the battery when recycling the battery.SOLUTION: A discharge control device connected between a battery and a discharge circuit, comprises: first wiring that connects between one electrode of the battery and one terminal of the discharge circuit; second wiring that connects between the other electrode of the battery and the other terminal of the discharge circuit; a polarity discrimination unit that discriminates polarities of the one electrode and the other electrode of the battery and outputs a polarity discrimination signal; a voltage monitoring unit that monitors a voltage between the first wiring and the second wiring and outputs a voltage monitoring signal; a current monitoring unit that monitors currents of the first wiring and the second wiring and outputs a current monitoring signal; a signal processing unit that outputs a wiring opening/closing signal by referring the polarity discrimination signal, the voltage monitoring signal, and the current monitoring signal; and an opening/closing unit that opens and closes the first wiring and the second wiring on the basis of the wiring opening/closing signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
