Abstract:
To increase precision of life determination of a fuel cell system.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell capable of generating power based on modified gas and oxidant gas, a modification part for modifying raw fuel gas into modified gas by using the reforming water, and supplying to the fuel cell, a raw fuel gas supply device for supplying the raw fuel gas to the modification part, a reforming water supply device for supplying the reforming water to the modification part, and a control arrangement for setting the current command of the fuel cell so that the fuel cell generates power in response to request power, and controlling the raw fuel gas supply device and the reforming water supply device based on the current command thus set. The control arrangement integrates the output current of the fuel cell, and judges as lifetime when the integrated value of output current reaches a threshold level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
