Abstract:
To provide a game device that gets rid of a conflicting psychological problem acting on a player for an operation medium (rare card, or the like) having a low discharge rate, and allows a game to be performed even if the player is not constantly carrying a large number of game media.SOLUTION: A game device using an operation medium, such as a card, as operation means to progress a game includes substitute card recognition means that registers character data of a normal card selected by a player as character data of a substitute card in a current game, based on ownership information on the normal card correlated with player information when the substitute card is used for the game, and recognizes the substitute card used for the current game as a normal card owned by the player concerned corresponding to the registered character data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
