To easily heat a secondary battery without increasing the size of the secondary battery and peripheral equipment.SOLUTION: When performing the discharging of a battery pack, a switch operation of a plurality of switching devices is controlled in a first control mode so that only one part of a plurality of battery groups is connected to an electric power load when a measurement temperature of the battery pack not achieve to a predetermined determination temperature. The switching operation of the plurality of switching devices is controlled in a second control mode so that all of the plurality of battery groups is connected to the electric power load when the measurement temperature of the battery pack achieves to the predetermined determination temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
