Abstract:
To provide an organic light emitting diode (OLED) panel in which a near infrared (NIR) organic photosensor capable of biometric authentication is incorporated without affecting an aperture ratio of a light emitting portion of the OLED.SOLUTION: An OLED panel in which a NIR optical sensor is incorporated includes a substrate 110, an OLED stack 300 disposed on the substrate 110 to emit visible light, and an NIR organic photosensor stack 200 disposed between the substrate 110 and the OLED stack 300 and including an NIR light emitting portion 210 for emitting NIR light and an NIR light receiving portion 220 for receiving NIR light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
