Abstract:
To provide an extraction method of terpenes capable of extracting efficiently terpenes from a vegetable.SOLUTION: An extraction method of terpenes includes an extraction step ST11 for mixing an extraction solvent containing ionic liquid capable of dissolving cellulose with a vegetable containing terpenes, and extracting terpenes from the vegetable together with the extraction solvent as extract, and a recovery step ST12 for mixing the extract with an organic solvent capable of dissolving terpenes, then, separating the extract from the organic solvent by centrifugal separation, and recovering the terpenes from the organic solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
