Abstract:
To provide an air bubble-containing liquid manufacturing device and an air bubble-containing liquid manufacturing method suitable for manufacture of air bubble-containing liquid which contains a large amount of air bubbles.SOLUTION: An air bubble-containing liquid manufacturing device 100 includes a gas sending part 110 and an air bubble generation part 120. The gas sending part 110 includes a channel 111 having a fine diameter part 116 which increases flow rate of liquid, as the channel 111 through which liquid transported under pressure from a pump 150 is caused to pass, and a gas supply port 112 which supplies gas to the fine diameter part 116 and mixes gas to liquid flowing through the fine diameter part 116. The air bubble generation part 120 is provided with a static type fluid mixer 126 which applies a shear stress to liquid allowing gas to be mixed in the gas sending part 110 and generates air bubbles in liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
