Abstract:
To provide a work-piece supporting tool which can fix an object to be processed even if the object has a small inner diameter, and a gear processing device equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A work-piece supporting tool, which detachably fixes a gear to be processed, comprises: a support body having a columnar support face, in which a recess is formed over the whole circumference of the support face, and in which a first passage, which extends in an axial direction of the support face, and at least one second passage, which is communicated with the first passage and is opened to the recess of the support face, are formed; a cylindrical deformable member which is so fitted as to block the recess in a liquid-tight manner in the support face, and to an outer peripheral surface of which the gear to be processed is fitted; a movable member which is movable in the first passage; a pressing member which presses the movable member in a first direction in which a volume of the first passage is reduced; and energization means which energizes the pressing member in the first direction. A working oil is charged into the recess, the first passage and the second passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
