Abstract:
To provide a structure for imparting a preload to a rolling bearing, easier to manage a preload than before, and enabling cost reduction.SOLUTION: A preload imparting structure for imparting a preload to a bearing 27 of a scanning part 29 of a three-dimensional measurement device 1, wherein the three-dimensional measurement device comprises: the bearing 27 to an inner ring 27b of which a vertical rotational shaft 6 is fixed; a scanning mirror 7 attached to the vertical rotational shaft 6; and a motor 28 configured to rotationally drive the vertical rotational shaft 6. The preload imparting structure comprises: a sleeve 330 engaged to an outer ring 27a of the bearing 27; a leaf spring 340 engaged to the sleeve 330 so as to separable from the sleeve 330, and fastened to a housing body 310 through a machine screw 410; and a ring 350 connecting the sleeve 330 and the leaf spring 340 in a detachable manner. With elastic deformation of the leaf spring 340, a preload is imparted to the outer ring 27a through the sleeve 330.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
