To reduce equipment or costs related to means of supplying oxygen in order to secure safety in a room.SOLUTION: A ventilation system comprises: a room 2 surrounded by a wall, a ceiling and a floor; oxygen gas supply means 5 having a liquefied oxygen storage part 5A for storing liquefied oxygen arranged outside the room 2 so as to communicate with the inside of the room 2, and configured to supply to the inside of the room 2 oxygen gas having higher pressure than pressure outside of the room 2; and nitrogen gas supply means 6 having a liquefied nitrogen storage part 6A for storing liquefied nitrogen arranged outside the room 2 so as to communicate with the inside of the room 2, and configured to supply to the inside of the room 2 nitrogen gas having higher pressure than pressure outside of the room 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
