Abstract:
To provide a musical instrument capable of appropriately generating sound by suppressing resonance of a coupling body of a vibrator and appropriately vibrating an excitation body.SOLUTION: The musical instrument includes a vibrator that generates sound by vibrating an excitation body in a predetermined direction. The vibrator includes: a vibrating body provided to vibrate in the predetermined direction; and a coupling body for mutually coupling the vibrator and the excitation body and transmitting the vibration of the vibrating body to the excitation body. The coupling body includes: a shaft portion extending between the vibrating body and the excitation body; a first wire coupling one end of the shaft and the vibrating body; and a second wire coupling the other end of the shaft and the excitation body. A resonance frequency of the shaft portion, the first wire, and the second wire is 10 kHz or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
