Abstract:
To provide a miniaturized and highly efficient double belt press device by enabling quick heating.SOLUTION: In a double belt press device including a first belt for revolvably traveling by being wound on a plurality of first driving rollers, a second belt revolvably traveling by being wound on a plurality of second driving rollers on the lower side of the first belt and a pressurization device respectively arranged between the plurality of first driving rollers and between the plurality of second driving rollers in a pressurization area of opposing the first belt and the second belt, and pressing a molding part between the first belt and the second belt by the pressurization device, the pressurization device includes a casing, a plurality of pressurization rollers installed in the casing and contacting with the first belt or the second belt and an induction heating machine arranged between the pressurization rollers and electromagnetic-induction-heating the first belt or the second belt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
