Abstract:
To provide a method of measuring a phase of a gear highly accurately using a displacement sensor with relatively low measurement resolution, and determining a shape and eccentric state, such as distortion, of a workpiece held by a spindle.SOLUTION: A phase detection method of a gear part, in particular, a phase detection method of a gear part using an NC machine tool comprising a spindle includes a first step of acquiring a waveform on the basis of each signal of a first signal output from first signal detection means and a second signal output from second signal detection means, and a second step of detecting a phase of the gear part by dividing the waveform by a signal processing device after the first step. The first signal detection means is a first sensor for detecting a phase of a tooth tip of the gear part, and the second signal detection means is a second sensor for detecting a tooth flank of the gear part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
