Abstract:
To provide a production method of a soft polyurethane mold foam having excellent moldability and physical properties, having the stain resistance and very low odor of polycarbonate.SOLUTION: A production method of a soft polyurethane mold foam obtained by reacting a raw material containing a polyol component (A), an organic polyisocyanate component (B), a foaming agent (C) and a catalyst (D), in which the polyol component (A) contains polyols (a1) to (a3) and polymer fine particles (a4), the catalyst (D) is made only of a reactive amine catalyst (d1) other than the polyol (a1), and a weight ratio of the polyol (a1) and the reactive amine catalyst (d1) in the raw material is {(a1): (d1)} is 1:0.10 to 1: 0.39.SELECTED DRAWING: None
