Abstract:
To provide a plate heater which solves the problem that rust is generated in a connection terminal, by preventing moisture and entrance of water by improving a crimp performance of the connection part with a heater wire and a lead wire without attaining enlargement of the connection part.SOLUTION: A heater wire 3 is disposed and fixed to an aluminum foil in a predetermined size while taking the heater wire around in a meander shape based on a predetermined specification, and both ends of the heater wire 3 are connected with a lead wire 4 via a connection part 2. In the connection part 2, a main body part 15 of which the cross section is formed circular is formed and a compressed part 11 is formed within a fixed range in the vicinity of both ends of the main body part 15. Further, in the compressed part 11, a wing-like main body 13 is formed and two wing-like parts 12 are formed in parallel with a length direction of the wing-like main body 13, with a fixed width, radially and in a target direction. A projection 14 is formed continuously to the two wing-like parts 12 in a central part of the wing-like main body 13 in the length direction and at a circumferential side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
