To obtain an information processing system and an information processing unit which make the information, that cannot be displayed sufficiently in one terminal, to be display in the other terminal.SOLUTION: An information processing system has an information processing unit including a storage section for storing an item related to the position or the telephone number and incidental information in association, and a control section for reading the item selected by a user or the incidental information stored, in association with the item selected by the user or the origin telephone number of a telephone calling the user, from the storage section, and acquiring a display code from the incidental information thus read, a display device for displaying the display code sent from the information processing unit, a camera for photographing the display code displayed in the display device, and an information terminal including a control section for reading the incidental information recorded in the display code by analyzing the photographed display code, and a display for displaying the incidental information thus read.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
