Abstract:
To provide a detection system for measuring a fluorescence signal in a fluorometric analysis.SOLUTION: This system includes a probe having a small sensing face connected to a fluorescent label, and a light source and a detector respectively attached to a side closer to a sensing face of a substrate. The invention also relates to a method of detecting an analyte inside a liquid sample using a probe chip having a small surface (≤5 mm), and a high molecular weight polymer (≥1MD) having a plurality of binding molecules and a plurality of fluorescent labels. A binding reaction is accelerated by flowing a reaction solution in a horizontal direction while moving the probe chip vertically in a reaction vessel. The invention also relates to a fluorescent label mixture including a cross-linkage ficoll having a plurality of binding molecules and a plurality of fluorescent labels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
