Abstract:
To provide an exhaust valve device which can easily, surely and inexpensively prevent the wear of a coil spring by inserting a plurality of cylindrical buffer members into a support shaft, and moving at least one of the plurality of buffer members together with the coil spring.SOLUTION: In an exhaust valve device 10 which comprises: valve body 20 arranged at an exhaust passage in a muffler, and opening and closing the exhaust passage according to the exhaust pressure of an exhaust gas; a valve seat 11 on which the valve body 20 abuts when the valve body 20 is closed; a support shaft 17 fixed to the valve seat 11, and supporting the valve seat 20 so as to be oscillatory; collar members 29A to 29C inserted with the support shaft 17; and a torsion coil spring 30 externally fit with the collar members 29A to 29C, and energizing the valve seat 20 to a closed direction, the cylindrically-formed three collar members 29A, 29B and 29C are inserted into the support shaft 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
