Abstract:
To provide bedding and a communication system that controls temperature so that a user can readily fall asleep.SOLUTION: Bedding 1 includes: an adjustment part 10 capable of adjusting temperature; and a control part 14. The control part 14 controls the adjustment part 10 so that the temperature of at least part of a surface becomes a temperature at which a user can readily fall asleep. When the temperature of the part is higher than the temperature at which a user can readily fall asleep, the adjustment part 10 cools the part. When the temperature of the part is lower than the temperature at which a user can readily fall asleep, the adjustment part 10 heats the part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
