Abstract:
To provide a method and a composition which accelerate or stimulate regeneration of tissue in a subject.SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical composition for stimulation or acceleration of tissue which is used in a method for stimulating or accelerating regeneration of tissue, in which the method includes administering an effective amount on treatment of aminosterol or salt of pharmaceutically acceptable aminosterol to a subject that needs the composition, and the subject that needs the composition has injury of the tissue, the tissue is skeletal muscle tissue or skeletal system tissue, and the aminosterol is isomer of MSI-1436 or MSI-1436.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
