Abstract:
To provide an axial blower which can reduce noise at the rotation of an impeller.SOLUTION: In a plurality of blades 24 of an impeller 20, auxiliary blade parts 25 progressing toward a rotation direction AR of a rotating shaft 11 are arranged in regions in which circular virtual circumferential lines VCL for connecting the plurality of the blades 24 and front edge parts 24a of the blades 24 intersect with each other. The auxiliary blade parts 25 have auxiliary front edge parts 251 extending from root regions 25a intersecting with the front edge parts 24a to tip regions 25b intersecting with the virtual circumferential lines VCL. Then, the auxiliary front edge parts 251 have forms which are bent so as to approximate the virtual circumferential lines VCL as compared with virtual linear lines VSL which at least partially and linearly connect the root regions 25a and the tip regions 25b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
