Abstract:
To provide an apparatus temperature adjustment device which can adjust a temperature of an objective apparatus even if the device is inclined.SOLUTION: An apparatus temperature adjustment device 10 has one or a plurality of apparatus heat exchangers 11 which are constituted so as to be heat-exchangeable between an objective apparatus and a working fluid so that the working fluid is evaporated at the cooling of the objective apparatus. A condenser 50 makes a gas-phase working fluid radiate heat, and makes a condensed liquid-phase working fluid flow out. A liquid-phase passage 55 makes the liquid-phase working fluid flow between the condenser 50 and the apparatus temperature adjustment part 10. A plurality of gas-phase passages 21, 22 make the gas-phase working fluid flow between the apparatus temperature adjustment part 10 and the condenser 50. A first connecting part 211 for connecting the first gas-phase passage 21 of a plurality of the gas-phase passages 21, 22 to the apparatus temperature adjustment part 10, and a second connecting part 221 for connecting the second gas-phase passage 22 to the apparatus temperature adjustment part 10 are located in places which are separated from each other in a horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
