Abstract:
To provide a convex lens processing device that requires a small space for arrangement and has an easy manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A convex lens processing device is configured to grind and polish a processing object made of an optical member to process a convex lens, and comprises: a grindstone having an outer peripheral grinding part, a spherical grinding part, a spherical polishing part, and a chamfer grinding part, arranged concentrically with a rotary shaft as a center; a first rotary body holding the grindstone and rotating on the rotary shaft in one body; a second rotary body holding the processing object and rotating in one body; a swing part swinging the processing object on the center of curvature of the convex lens to be processed, and also adjusting the angle of the processing object to the grindstone; and a position adjustment part adjusting the position of the processing object with respect to the grindstone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
