Abstract:
To warm up a liquefied gas storage tank on a vessel or on a floating structure, without installing a gas compressor for warming-up or supplying high-temperature gas from the outside.SOLUTION: A boil-off gas treatment system of a vessel or floating structure is configured to supply boil-off gas (BOG) occurring in a liquefied gas storage tank 12 from the liquefied gas storage tank 12 to gas consumption equipment such as a binary fuel heating power generation engine 20 or binary fuel heating boiler 22, through a gas compressor 28, wherein the liquefied gas storage tank is configured to store liquefied gas. On a discharge side of the gas compressor 28, a pipeline 40 is provided for returning gas back into the liquefied gas storage tank 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
