Abstract:
To prevent the come-off of a cap from an attached member.SOLUTION: A knuckle 4 has a lower-side internal peripheral face 12 which extends upwardly from a lower opening 11, and defines a king pin insertion hole 7b. A king pin cap 10 has a cylindrical pressure-insertion part protruding upwardly from a disc-plate shaped lid part, and blocks a lower side of the king pin insertion hole 7b. An outside diameter of the king pin cap 10 is formed into a large diameter slightly larger than an inside diameter of the lower-side internal peripheral face 12 of the king pin insertion hole 7b. The pressure-insertion part of the king pin cap 10 has a cap external peripheral face 16 which face-contacts with the lower-side internal peripheral face 12 of a lower-side arm part 4b of the knuckle 4 in a pressure-insertion state. A plurality of grooves are formed at the cap external peripheral face 16. An adhesive 18 is interposed between the cap external peripheral face 16 of the king pin cap 10 and the lower-side internal peripheral face 12 of the knuckle 4, and bonds the king pin cap 10 and the knuckle 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
