Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a light-emitting device capable of efficiently heating an element during DPP annealing and suppressing heat generation of the element during driving.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a light-emitting device forms a first p-type electrode on a low density part having low p-type dopant concentration formed under a first region of a p-type semiconductor part, forms a second p-type electrode on a high density part having a high p-type dopant concentration formed under a second region of the p-type semiconductor part, and applies a prescribed forward bias voltage between the first p-type electrode and a first n-type electrode formed on an n-type semiconductor part during DPP annealing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
