Abstract:
To provide an actuator that improves driving force and resonance frequency and enables high-performance driving operation.SOLUTION: An actuator has a configuration in which a support portion 20 for supporting a driven portion 10 and outer shaft driving potions DSa and DSb for rotating the support portion 20 are provided separately and independently. Thereby, the size and weight of a rotation portion are reduced and rotation moment is reduced, and it becomes possible to set the resonance frequency of the support portion 20 high while enabling acquisition of sufficient driving force around an outer second axis AX2. For example, high-performance driving operation such as operation by raster scan is made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
