To output information associating notification information respectively generated by a plurality of different detection logic pieces for a same event.SOLUTION: A notification control device 1a comprises: a first communication state detection part detecting a state of a first communication protocol of communication; and a second communication state detection part detecting a state of a second communication protocol different from the first communication protocol of the communication in the communication between a first apparatus 10 and a second apparatus 40 in a process control system. The first communication state detection part outputs, on the basis of notification common information in which the state of the first communication protocol, the state of the second communication protocol, and tag information are associated, and the detected state of the first communication protocol, first notification information with the tag information to an operation monitoring terminal 20. The second communication state detection part outputs, on the basis of the notification common information and the detected state of the second communication protocol, second notification information with the tag information to the operation monitoring terminal 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
