Abstract:
To inhibit an electromagnetic steel plate positioned on an outer periphery of a recess provided in a shaft from deviating in a radial direction in a rotor of a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A rotor 50 has a shaft 10 provided with a flange 11 projecting radially outward from an outer periphery surface 15 and a rotor core 20 in which a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates 21, 22 is stacked. The rotor core 20 is fitted to the outer periphery surface 15 of the shaft 10 so that an axial end face 25 abuts on the flange 11. An annular recess 14 is provided on the outer periphery surface 15 of the shaft 10 adjacent to a surface 13 on a side of the rotor core 20 of the flange 11. The electromagnetic steel plate 22 located on the outer periphery of the recess 14 and the other electromagnetic steel plate 21 are joined at a welding point 24 so as to be integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
