Abstract:
To provide a glass wall capable of securing daylighting while further improving fire resistance performance and a method of manufacturing such a glass wall.SOLUTION: A glass wall 1 comprises a first glass block wall 10 and a second glass block wall 20 each comprising a plurality of glass blocks 2, 2... aligned in a wall-like manner, a first frame 11 supporting a first glass block wall 10 and a second glass block wall 20, a second frame 21, a lateral plate 60, and a longitudinal plate 70, and a heat resistant glass plate 30 disposed between first glass block wall 10 and second glass block wall 20, in which the heat-resistant glass plate 30 is supported by the respective supports in a state of being separated from each of the first glass block wall portion 10 and the second glass block wall portion 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
