Abstract:
To provide a column-beam structure of a plate-form building that expands effective common use and individual ownership spaces and thus enhances added values.SOLUTION: A column-beam structure 1 of a plate-form building includes an inner frame 2 provided in an inner part 60 of the building and an outer frame 3 provided along an outer peripheral part 61 of the building. The inner frame 2 includes an inner span-direction girder 20 extending in a span direction Y. The outer frame 3 includes a ridge-direction girder 30 extending in a ridge direction X, an outer span-direction girder 32 extending in the span direction Y, and a plurality of outer columns 31 extending in a height direction Z, the ridge-direction girder 30 and the outer span-direction girder 32 being spanned respectively on the plurality of outer columns 31. In the inner part 60 of the building surrounded by the outer frame 2, a first common use space S1 that extends in the ridge direction X is provided in a portion excluding an individual ownership space P adjacent to the inner span-direction girder 20, and a second common use space S2 extending in the span direction Y is provided next to an edge part S1a of the first common use space S1 in the ridge direction.
